The Bavarian Archive for Speech Signals (BAS) offers a variety of corpora, of which we have eleven. All of the BAS corpora we have are for German except the Corpora e Lessici dell'Italiano Parlato e Scritto, which provides Italian data, and the Multiword Nouns corpus, which provides French data. The PhonDat corpora (PhonDat 1 and PhonDat 2) both contain read speech, as do the Strange corpora (Strange Corpus 1 and Strange Corpus 10), whereas the VerbMobil corpora (VerbMobil 1 and VerbMobil 2) provide conversational speech. The Ph@ttSessionz corpus and the Regional Variants of German corpora (Regional Variants of German 1 and Regional Variants of German J), on the other hand, offer both read and conversational speech.
